RESULTS - Lifford AC 3 Race 5K Series - Race 3

There was a big turnout in Lifford for the final race in the New Year 3 Race 5K Series. The torrential rain did not deter the 186 finishers. A trio of Inishowen girls - Sonya Lynch, Grainne Gallagher, and Tracy Harley - represented the club well. Sonya Lynch, having completed a long run on Saturday, finished the 5K in 25.54. Grainne Gallagher ran a PB of 23.10. Tracy Harley led the girls home, running a massive PB of 23.01. These girls have graduaded from the FIT4LIFE group and are getting more competitive with every race...Keep up the training - plenty of PBs on the horizon! Well done to all...
