Inishowen Athletics Club Constitution

Introduction / Interpretation:

The name of the Club will be the Inishowen Athletics Club. The Club shall be affiliated to Athletics Association of Ireland. This Constitution consists of the following 16 Articles and shall be adopted as such by the Club to ensure that each and every member is aware of their legal rights and obligations. The foregoing Articles shall be the fundamental Laws of the Inishowen Athletics Club and shall not be altered except by way of Resolution at an Annual General Meeting or General Meeting provided the Resolution is carried by a majority of not less than two thirds of those present??. All questions as to the interpretation of the Articles shall be referred to the Executive Committee whose decision shall be final.
